We're Hiring : Customer Service Analyst

 

You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager, working with our existing customers to help them get the most from their prepaid and gift card programmes.  You will use existing management information to identify opportunities to increase the performance of their programmes and increase customer retention as a result.
