Card Commerce Makes Senior Board Appointment.
Ken Slattery appointed as Non-Executive Director.

Card Commerce is pleased to announce that Ken Slattery is to join it's board of Directors as Non-Executive Director
With 40 years experience in Bank of Ireland Group, Ken is now bringing his experience in the payments industry to bear in Card Commerce. When he retired in 2007, Ken had held a number of key executive positions, most recently as Head of Payments & Electronic Services. In this role he was responsible for the delivery of payments and electronic banking services across the Group. In addition, he previously held key executive positions including Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Marketing in BoI Corporate; and Head of Credit Card Services.
Formerly, Ken was also a Director of the European Banking Association and of IPSO, the Irish Payments Services Organisation.
