Retailers often preach 'customer-centricity' but do they really walk the talk?

Customers face real challenges when it comes to picking out gifts and gift cards do a great job of solving those problems. More often not, gift cards will sell themselves, but the more you understand what the customer is really trying to do with the card, the more cards you will sell.
